Your Spring Journey
16th March — Introduction & Attunement
Meet your fellow journeyers and gently arrive into the season. We’ll begin with The Five Senses Activation, a grounding practice guiding you into presence and preparing you for the journey ahead.
23rd March - 19th April — Light and Seeing
Observe and photograph the essence of life itself as nature begins to reawaken. Witness how the lengthening daylight energises nature and your mood. Together, we will explore how observing and photographing light can help us see beauty in the world around us.
20th April - 17th May — Relationships and Connections
Explore the interconnectedness of life through observation and composition. Reflect on your relationship to spring and what the season awakens in you. Together, we will explore how the lenses we use and the compositions we choose can help us see life from different perspectives.
18th May -14th June — Noticing the Details
Notice the small details as spring starts to merge into summer. Photograph the unique textures and patterns in a world that is now teeming with life. Together, we will reconnect with our inner child and discover beauty, even in the mundane.
Each month builds on the last - deepening your awareness, creativity, and sense of connection..

Mighty Networks. It is a fantastic private online community space where we can connect and share. There will be videos and exercises on there for you to enjoy as well as the Zoom links for the live sessions. It can be accessed on your desktop and through the Mighty Networks mobile app.

The live sessions will be on Thursday’s at 7pm UK Time
You do not need to attend the live sessions (two per month) but it will enhance the experience if you can. They will also be recorded so you can catch up in your own time.

Absolutely! While I like to encourage people to spend time in nature, there is plenty you can gain from the Spring Reset, whether you live in a city, a suburb or the countryside. The areas we explore can be found and photographed anywhere.
